Su et al. demonstrated that theta oscillations support prefrontal-hippocampal interactions in the online processing of sequential information. In this cover, the human brain is a spaceship traveling in the information space. The captain on the left represents the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. The crew on the right represents the hippocampus. The white waves are the theta-band communication between the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and hippocampus. The spaceship approaches planets one after another as the brain processes a series of objects in order. See pages 147–156. (Cover provided by Zheng Ye)
